"Peak Roofing and Ryan went above and beyond in every respect. When you wake up and find your dining room ceiling on the floor, you know it's going to be a bad day. Ryan from Peak Roofing immediately put in a temporary fix on the roof and in the attic above the dining room, coordinated the roof repair, drywall and painting repair, and was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage. As repairs were underway and the almost inevitable hidden damages showed up, Ryan coordinated directly with the insurance company to cover the additional costs. That "coordination" included substantial effort on his part including providing detailed drawings and line item costs. My experience with Peak Roofing was genuine "Super Service" in every respect. "It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"From our initial meeting with the sales rep Richard, very knowledgable and professional, to the final walk around with project manager Brian  all went smoothly and we are very pleased. The roof installation took about 3 days due to weather delays, however, Sara the office manager contacted me each day to give me an update on the weather and when the crew would be returning to complete the work. She  and Brian also went above and beyond helping us to select the perfect color shingles by sending me extra samples and showing pictures of houses that had similar siding and shingles. Rico's crew worked efficiently and took great pride in doing their best work. They cleaned up after each day and also covered my floors with plastic to catch any debris that might fall when they replaced the skylights. "I would highly recommend Mellow Contracting for roofing. Sean is the owner and extremely knowledgeable and professional and pleasant to speak with. After calling several roofing contractors and getting estimates I was impressed with the quality of materials that Mellow Contracting uses. My project was very small it was only approximately 200 ft.² for replacement of a storage shed roof. Sean and his team came out exactly when they said they would be there and in no time at all three of them were able to completely replace the roof. They used architectural shingles with the new synthetic type of underlayment system by gaf as well as all new flashing all the way around. They even caulked any exposed nails exactly as he said in his proposal. Seanâ s team is very nice and efficient and they installed the roofing system exactly how they would on a large house.
