"We called for service on a Thursday and had a serviceman here on Monday morning.  All contact was prompt and professional and we certainly felt the price was reasonable, considering past experiences we've had with other plumbers!  We are thrilled to finally have a fully functioning sump pump for the first time in the 7 years we've lived in this house---and that includes the years after having the original sump pump replaced after the initial failure which ruined the carpet in the rec room.  We've had 2 very heavy rains with street flooding since the repair and haven't even had any seepage in the back room, which had always been wet after heavy rains even if the rec room didn't flood.  Problem solved!!! <br />"
