"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. Melissa from scheduling called me on Monday to do some follow up and told them no one came, she apologized profusely and we rescheduled for today Frank Bamford the VP from the company personally came out to give us a quote and apologize for the inconvenience. Kirk remodeled my family room and put in a custom built a cabinet for my TV and components, new floor, two-toned paint, new interior doors all throughout my house.
