"Duey's Plumbing had been recommended by area residents, family and Realtors. I called Duey's. The company quickly sent out a serviceman. He called me an hour after starting the job. He'd dug up the wet area and discovered that there was an underground back-flow device that had failed, via corrosion, and was leaking water into the soil. He told me that the current code required a vacuum break device above ground to insure that no contaminants from the irrigation system were allowed to flow back into the house/city water supply. He also told me how much that would cost for the parts and the labor hours (2 more hours). We also talked about the best place to put that device. I wanted it installed out of sight around the corner of the house, but he insisted it be installed in the front of the house, near the area of the leak; less distance to trench I suppose. I came out later and found the job had been done and the area filled back in. Isn't Caliche an amazing substance? (calcium carbonate) This tar-baby like substance is very difficult to work with when wet (It sticks to you and your tools, worse, it accumulates until you have a very large and heavy mass weighing you and your tools down.) and emulates all of the attributes of concrete when dry. I thought that i had regular top soil..... I suppose that over the last 36 years that the calcium carbonate of the subsurface caliche has percolated up into the original top soil and thus incorporated it into the rest of the stuff below ground....yes, this entire area sits atop an old reef structure. No chance of removing the stuff, its' everywhere. <br /> <br /> My hat is off to the technician from Duey's that did this job. He arrived at the job site and got right to work digging up that wet spot of caliche soil in 100+ Degree temperature with Texas Humidity. He got the job done with a very high degree of quality in three hours. The bill arrived the next week and was exactly what had been agreed upon. What more can you ask for; Integrity, professionalism, communication and timeliness, great work ethics, and great ethics! That is exactly what I'd been told to expect! I was not disappointed. Thank you very, very much."

"Giving Team Enoch 6 out of 5 stars here. Best experience I’ve ever had with an A/C service company. You’re not gonna get better pricing for service. Spoke to Miles over the phone yesterday. Told him a company from American Home Shield came out earlier at noon and diagnosed us with a failed compressor. Miles laid out multiple options with very competitive prices along with 0% interest. Took the time to really explain everything and educate me even though I could tell his phone was ringing off the hook. He even suggested calling a few more places to price compare because he knew his rates were more than fair. He then sent multiple competitive estimates to my email. When I explained my situation further to Miles about how a company from AHS left my house in a worse situation than it was before they came out, Miles offered to send someone out ASAP to look at what happened. The Team Enoch technician, Lupe, was on time, very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. I watched him open my condenser as we both saw that the AHS company that came out earlier actually disconnected multiple parts including my compressor. Once Lupe hooked it back up my compressor worked fine, but was low in Freon. Lupe filled it up for me, cleared out the drip line from the attic, and double checked my supply and return vents. Everything was in perfect working order again. Lupe even gave me several pro tips to limit how often I might need service repairs. Felt like these guys actually like what they do and want to help me while earning an honest living for themselves."
