"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) Put in vent for kitchen microwave (including purchased for us at cost a new microwave) and vented through the wall and out the roof. 
Fixed leak around skylight on roof w/ elaborate and what appears to be effective solution to a chronic problem we were having 
He even fixed our broken door closer for free. 

Despite apparent successful initial installiton of the microwave vent. It  does not vent to the outside of the house. This was the same problem we had before, it blows back into the house. We have been told it was installed wrong by an inspector and that it needs to be corrected. Conway General Contracting will no longer return our calls or emails that I have sent via Angie's List website."

"Response to my email request for an estimate was immediate. Work began when expected. Labor was quiet (no yelling across distances, no loud radio) and polite. Jobs appear to be very well done and site was immaculate when completed. Contract includes statement that if additional work is necessary, customer will pay at an hourly rate. This open-ended agreement resulted about 60% increase in the cost of the windows on the final invoice. I recommend this business; however, I plan to get more estimates from other businesses for window repair/replacement."
