It was action above expectations so we're not complaining, but we paid for it and are still awaiting replacement hardware to use the shower. "We acquired a condominium on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in Arlington. MA. The existing hardwood floors were beyond repair and we wanted to add a 2nd bathroom. In addition we wanted to integrate the existing sun porch into the living room to more than recover the area lost to the new bathroom, and install central A/C. We had estimates from three other contractors before we met with Pedro from Crystal Renovations. His pricing was very competitive relative to the other contractors, but that was mostly due to the others trying to add work that we didn't want or need. Pedro listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accomplish it. From the very beginning of the project until the end Pedro was always responsive and answered, emails, texts, and phone messages in a very timely fashion. He and his crew and subs were a pleasure to work with and any issues that arose were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Before and during the project Pedro made several design suggestions such as recessed lighting on the sun porch, shower stall light, and new bath layout that definitely improved on our original thoughts. In the end the project came in on time and with a very small increase to the original estimate despite some challenges he and his crew had to work through. The best part, though, is the absolute impeccable quality of the finished product. We highly recommend Pedro and Crystal Renovations and plan to use them again in the near future."

"We recently remodeled our full bathroom and also a powder room by Bauman Remodeling. Mike and his crew did an excellent job. This is the third major project that we've had Mike complete in the last 4 years (we also had Mike take down a wall, build built-ins around our fireplace, install French doors, and other carpentry work, and also a full remodel of our master bathroom). Our recent job included remodeling our main bathroom: installing a new slate floor, all new fixtures, tiling around the bath with custom niche, and also updating our powder room (new marble floor, new toilet, and wall hung sink). We find Mike to be very professional, easy to work with, and does first rate work. He and his crew have great attention to detail. Communication with Mike is excellent - I always know when workers are showing up. We felt very comfortable with asking Mike any questions or raising any concerns. When any unexpected issues arise (as they always do in older homes) Mike is great to work with to solve the issue and keep your design goals in place. He truly wants his customers to love the project when its done. We've used Mike and his crew for three major projects, and have been very happy with everything. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike for any remodeling job."
