"Cole Electric has good communication with the customer from your first inquiry, email & text follow up . They requested photos of what I need to address so they understand all aspects of the job. The office contacted me to say the electrician could arrive early. The 2 electricians were professional knowledgeable and addressed my concerns. The ceiling fan installed by someone else was missing screws on the down rod as well as other things not done correctly. They replaced the missing screws, rebuilt the fan and reinstalled it. No more wobble. The 2 under cabinet light fixtures were installed perfectly, no extra cables showing. You get what you pay for and Cole Electric electricians do the job right the first time. I recommend this company and will use them again."

Let me start off by saying that there aren't to many service technicians or repairmen that will explain to you what they are doing without making you feel that you are interrupting their work. "Very professional. Mr. Jeff Quail is a very hard worker. In a very hot day (Heat index 100), he worked from 8 am to 8 pm in my mud room (No AC), and took only a 15 min. lunch break. He updated our fuse panel to a breaker panel. His price is very and very reasonable. Now we have decided to hire him do our kitchen electrical stuff, adding more dedicated circuits, recess lights, etc. In addition, his personality makes us feel we are doing a business with a friend."
