"JES was extremely communicative about all parts of the process. Every person was respectful, helpful, and kind. I am extremely grateful for Emilio Sanches, Angel Maya and Juan Mata for encapsulating my crawlspace. They also recommended other fixes they found during the installation to make me more aware of my homeâ s health. I am very happy with the outcome of the project, and would recommend their service to anyone who needs encapsulation done right."

"Absolutely first-class from start to finish!  From the initial consultation, estimate and design by the company ownership to the final stages of installation by a top-notch crew, we were very impressed with the professionalism, expertise, communication and flexibility of Belletto's entire team.  Through the design phase, Dan Belletto was extremely responsive in responding to service calls and visits to help through modifications, and provided great advice to ensure our project was completed to our complete satisfaction.  The installation crew was superb--courteous, talented and also helped us through some last-minute modifications with great recommendations.  The project was started and completed on time, and they voluntarily worked over the weekend to make sure they met all deadlines.  The project included some electrical mods, construction design, tiling, light installation, insulation, painting and more--and every phase was executed with perfection, accuracy and technical expertise.

"The project went very well.  Before removing my appliances for the vinyl demo, all dishes and food were removed from the refrigerator and dishwasher to ensure that all personal items were protected. The job began on a Monday morning and was completed early Friday afternoon so I never had to go a weekend without the use of my kitchen. The installation went smoothly and the job looks extremely professional."

"The work was very good and the cost is reasonable! They operate with integrity. That is very important to me because I have had other contractors since moving to Virginia Beach and it has been like a nightmare. The only reason I tried others was only because the cost was less. The owner/operator is very professional and pretty meticulous. His staff is very attentive to the customers needs. Anytime I called or sent an email, they responded right away. His secretary had even given me her cell phone number that way if I had questions after hours, I was able to contact her. The remodel was the selling point and it is absolutely fabulous. Some of my neighbors have seen the kitchen and have asked me the contact information for the company for over a year. They are very respectful and a good listened to the customer’s wants and desires. I relocated from California to Virginia Beach and the owner has been very helpful. He had worked with the previous owners and was able to provide me with the code to get into the home as I had forgotten it. He also held a bathtub for me after purchasing it while it was awaiting installation. He definitely goes the extra mile. I would highly recommend them and I am going to hire them to do a bathroom for me as well."

"The work was completed. He located the blockage in the pipe and in the process replaced the sink, faucet and disposal. It took 3 visits and significantly more money than the purchased coupon and estimated amount. I believe he was competent however, Rene, the plumber brought absolutely no equipment and few tools with him. I was paying him by the hour and he made 3 visits to Home Depot to buy tools and parts (common pvc pipe) all of which was "on the clock". He also charged me for everything he purchased including a snake that he needed in order to locate the clog in the drain. Am I wrong to expect that a plumber would have a snake? He didn't use all of the parts he purchased and gave them to me telling me that I could return them to Home Depot. However, because he used a debit card and I didn't want the money returned to that debit card, Home Depot didn't want to do the return - they did however, end up giving me store credit. He did not come at the times he said he would. He ended up doing the work very late in the afternoon stretching into the night. He left at midnight on one of the visits. I think because of the coupon they offered they have more business than they can actually handle. I chose them because their quote was cheaper than the other plumbers I called and they were offering a coupon $129 for 2 hours of work. However, in the end it cost me more than what the other plumbers quoted and I felt like I paid for a lot of time for him to run to Home Depot. I do believe he did a good job in installing the sink, faucet and disposal and he did locate the blockage using a much larger snake which was underneath the foundation floor."

"I've requested QA Development to install granite countertop and cabinets. They've done work at my investment properties in the past so I request their services again because of their fair prices.

I will highly recommend QA Development."
