"Eric called me immediately, I had barely clicked on the submit button on a Saturday afternoon. He offered to come out on Sunday, the next day and I told him it wasn't necessary, it could wait until Monday. He called on Sunday to confirm the appointment and came out on Monday morning at 9, right on time with all of his equipment ready to work. He was very polite, friendly, professional, I just can't say enough about him. He not only did the job I asked for, he took down 3 other trees for me while he and his crew were here. They cleaned up everything to include my driveway. i have a tree man for life. He was wonderful. Thank you, Eric."

"It was good. There were certain things that weren't covered under the plan. I'm not sure if they cut the bushes down in the back around the fence. I had to pay extra for that. They should try get me to know the schedule so I know when they're coming and when they're not coming. Other than that, it takes time to get the workers together. I like Patrick and he's the owner. The thing in the firepit was included with the mulch but he said I had to pay for the materials."

"Mr Gardner and his staff are very professional and friendly! They did an excellent job :)  The team was going to come out a couple of days before, though had an emergency (large tree fell on another nearby house) and had to postpone the tree service and they notified us immediately.  Even still, they were very efficient, professional, and safe.  Mr. Gardner and his team neatly removed all of the branches and wood and ground up the stumps into nice mulch afterwards.  They charged a fair price for the services.  I definitely recommend this service!
