"I called Conditioned Air Solutions to get an estimate on repairing my hvac unit...they sent Greg Dupe. now that's not his full last name but i can't spell it...sorry Greg you will be known as the dupe. Greg was very professional and thorough. the report wasn't good I needed a whole new system...well, it was 15 years old.The temp in the house was over 84 degrees...we were sweltering. Greg called Tony to bring out a portable cooling unit sorry i didn't have your last name Tony but he's another great guy from C.A.S. and I just want to thank you so much guys! Greg then sent out Russ Curtis a comfort consultant or salesman. Russ came up with four different replacement options explained them completley and offered his suggestion based on how i use the unit which is keeping my house cool as a meat locker. I got other estimates but with the warranty C.A.S. provides the $200 price difference was a mute point....and nobody else brought me a cooling unit or even offered one! I was impressed and I'm not impressed alot.I was in business in huntsville for over 50 years (El Palacio)and most companies were not very impressive.The day of install Jason Pence and Drew Mcneese arrived to go to work and work thay did..... 10 hours later with no messing around we were getting cool once again and man this Daikin blows as hard as a walk-in cooler...Yay Bolie!!! Thank you Jason and Drew you guys are great and very experienced. Everyone at C.A.S. was PROFESSIONAL,POLITE and VERY HELPFUL.Victoria has helped with making this all happen, she is so friendly and ...I would say she's even "bubbly"! I would hire all these folks because they are the definition of customer service and if I OWNED this company i would be so proud of them because excellent customer service is a rare animal....C.A.S. The reapir would be costly, up to 3000, on a system that was out of warranty. I got three quotes for installation of a new system ranging form 5200 - 6200 in and out the door. Durham gave the best quote and for installing top of the line American Standard. They were able to schedule me next day due to having no air and a baby. The instal crew showed up at the expected time and got right to work. When everything was complete I was amazed at the quality of their work. The outside instal even looked aesthetically pleasing to go with the quality of their work. I will use Durham for my future maintenance needs as well as recommend them to anyone! <br />"

"I discovered a leak in my water service between the meter and the house.  I called to get a plumber around noon.  The lady that answered the phone was professional and explained that there were two people ahead of me and they would give me a call when they were on their way to my house.  They actually arrived at my house within two hours of my phone call.  Plumbers were John & Sam.  They were very professional and explained and showed me what needed to be done, repaired the pipe and checked the service inside the house when they were done.  I am very pleased with this company.  This is the 3rd time I have used them and I will definitely use them again.  One note.  They apparently go by the name Mr. Rooter now as I think they have bought the local Mr. Rooter franchise. <br />"

"I was having water/household waste backing up into my shower and tubs.  I selected this company because of their experience with plumbing and septic systems, and Angies List.  I called them first thing in the morning and the phone was answered on the first ring.  I explained my problem and the gentleman suspected what my problem was and said he would have someone out in about two hours.  The men arrived promptly, placed covers on their shoes so not to dirty my home, and proceeded to look at my shower and bathrooms.  This company men were pleasant, knowledgeable, and courteous.  They diagnosed my problem, took actions to fix it and left me confident that they were here to help.  My septic tank was over full and this caused a back up in the line running from my house to my tank.  They pumped my tank, snaked the house line, cleaned my septic tank filter and taught me about my system and ways to keep it healthy.  During there work on my tank, they discovered a possible problem with my leach field drain lines coming from my tank.  They tried several things to ensure that these lines were working properly, but to no avail.  I have possible broke/ collapsed field drain lines.  I have followed their instructions about how to obtain a permit and have the Health Department check my field and establish how many feet of drain lines and how deep they must be.  This will allow me to get estimates on having the lines replaced.  The other thing is that it has rained so much, it may be that my land is just saturated to the point that it will not except any more water."
