I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

It was a very time consuming process to get the mold off. To the point where I felt bad for him and told him it was good enough. He came down off the very high extension ladder only to look up and say he can still see more spots and got right back up to try and finish it. And being the professional that he is, he refused the tip I tried to give him. Would definitely use this company again."
