"Paid for 4 hours of service but received only 3 hours' worth of work. 2 hours on the first visit, and 1 on the next. Twice scheduled remaining work but did not show up either time. New toilet that was installed is wobbling. He's a nice man, and I don't like criticizing people, so I was torn between a C and D overall rating. Disappointing experience, especially since I bought the Big Deal based on all the A ratings for this service.
