There was a hiccup with the plaster sub-contractor but that was not a reflection on Perry Bros. Almost a year after project completion and we're still extremely satisfied with the work completed."

He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

"Went ok, definitely not great. There were several areas that were poorly finished or incomplete. There were items installed incorrectly or installed without approval. The contractor often pushed back on homeowner requests. Currently the bathroom drywall is growing a fungus, toilet seat is falling off and unfinished areas remain. He says his work is guaranteed, but last time he was here to see the bubbling drywall fungus he told us to scrape it off and repaint it on our own."

We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, and are so happy with the way the new shower features blend in with the existing flooring and cabinetry. "Bob is the best contractor I have ever worked with. This was the second time my wife and I used Bob for a remodel project (he did a bathroom for us a couple years ago). Bob is an excellent project manager, and offers helpful advice and suggestions throughout the project. He worked very closely with us to stay on budget and still get an amazing kitchen. We had gotten an initial quote from a kitchen design specialist that was super expensive and Bob was able to give us a better design for a much better price that was more in line with what we were comfortable spending. Felt like we were walking into a brand new house when the work was complete, but even better because it was still the house we had so many memories in. "Our project consisted of the conversion of two bedrooms and a spare room into a Primary Suite, with Bedroom, Bathroom, walk-in closet and separate laundry. From the moment we started to the finish, we were continually in awe of the coordination with and by Ryan, the pleasure of working with his top tier crew and subs, and the finished product. As the start date approached, Ryan made the decision to start two weeks early, in consideration of finishing prior to Thanksgiving. He dealt easily with unique questions from the local Historical Committee, and finished the project exactly on schedule. Our house is over 100 years old, and we were interested in maintaining the charm, while providing all the modern amenities. The result is outstanding, and due in large part to the inputs from Ryan and his team. Our tile and shower install by Lance is perfect. Original doorknobs were retrofitted onto every new door. Where doorways into adjacent rooms were removed – you can’t tell they were ever there. Josh from Charbot Electric showed us some options, and the resulting lighting and electric solutions adapted perfectly. New plumbing was run using existing chase-ways through the house that resulted in significantly less contingency and really clean work. We watched in admiration as Dale cut out a section of wall with one hand and sucked up any dust with a vacuum in his other hand. And the wall repair later is invisible. We happily converted heat from hybrid baseboard and radiator steam to just baseboard. And it was finished off in grand form with wallpaper by Tim, and matched to the house new or refinished hardwood floors by Drago. We enjoyed our interaction with every person assigned to our project, and had zero negative interactions over three months. Cost mattered to us. We met with several builders, several of whom told us it was too complicated to make any commitments. Ryan, after some thought and a fresh design, presented a fair and reasonable proposal to a complex job with several unknowns. Contingencies were controlled. We certainly exceeded the amenity allowance in order to maintain the charm and meet our vision, but overall, we got an awesome return on our investment and every decision was our own. We anticipate another major project in two years. We will not call anyone but Ryan Norman and his team of consummate professionals."

"I hired Quality Construction (QC) to remodel my condo for sale. QC removed the old carpets and installed bamboo flooring through out living room and kitchen. The bamboo flooring came out beautiful. QC took the time to take care of every little corner to make sure there was no gap. Then I hired QC to remodel my kitchen, painted all walls and put in granite counter top.  The kitchen looks lovely. Then I hired QC to build a new stand up shower in my half bathroom great design he came up with on the first floor. QC installed ceramic tile 12 x 24 in my shower, install marble floor, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet ,track lighting, painted all the walls.  All finished work came out marvelous. Next I hired QC to remodel my bathroom upstairs install new tub,marble floor, ceramic tiles 12 x 24 all around shower walls, cherry oak vanity black granite top,very nice medicine cabinet, track lighting n painted all the walls. QC workmanship very neat, very clean,take's the extra time that's needed for a great job.He is punctuate and reliable.  Not to mention that his price is very reasonable.  All my friends and relatives couldn't stop commenting how nice the remodeled unit looks like.  The remodeled unit looks so lovely that I almost changed my mind of selling it. Thanks to QC, my remodeled condo turns out so attractive that I sold the unit at one showing. I highly recommend QC for any remodeling work.  As a matter of fact, QC is remodeling the new home I just purchased and also putting in a two car garage for my new home now.  Be glad to tell you all about it later."

"We hired John to repair our master bathroom. There was rot and ants behind the walk-in shower as well as some mold and damage to one of the wall boards and some floor tile damage. We decided to remove the shower and make it a 1/2 bath instead since the room was a little too small to begin with. John and his subcontractors were prompt, on time, and on budget. He did an amazing job matching up the flooring, eliminating the shower, and installing a linen closet it its place. The entire job, from demo through finish, took them less than a week and it came out perfectly. I'm very happy with the results and would hire John and team again in a heartbeat."
