"Our Waterproofing system was installed 5 years ago. The exterior drain oipe from the sump pump needed to be replaced. The crew, Chris and Will, showed up on time, knew what needed to be done and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with the job."

"After responding to my call on 10/7 about an apparent leak behind the fireplace that caused the blue stonework to 'weep' and setting up a time the next week to look at the problem, Woodford sent out a detailed and quot;what to expectand quot; document which was helpful and professionally done. When the rep showed up on the appointment date, he took photos of the fireplace and the chimney outside. He never checked the flashing/roof area around the chimney (probably since he didn't have a ladder [and never asked if I had one...I did] and was dressed for the office, not field work). He told me he figured it WAS just a flashing problem and that they'd come by in a day or two to fix it. I told him I needed an estimate first; that they couldn't assume they had the job. He said he'd/they'd get back to me the next day. I didn't hear from him/them for another couple of weeks when they called and said they were in the area and could do the job that afternoon. I told them that the work had already been done since I had not heard from them nor had gotten an estimate. Another person who has done work for me scoped out the problem and did the work. While Woodford seems to have their act together based on the statement of expectations they sent, they have to work on their salesforce's credibility. I called them originally because I had heard their radio commercials and they sounded very sincere and credible. They may be, but this was not an acceptable experience.

"Mark Frillici and his crew went right to work and did a very thorough job of removing the mold in my basement. It looks wonderful. I am very pleased with the job and the cleanup they did. I would definitely hire Healthy Spaces again!"

"I was pleased with the work. Bill and his team worked very hard, They rebuilt my old deck. I will have him back in the spring to stain deck and do some landscaping"

"ight from the start I felt very comfortable and in good hands with Comprehensive Mold Management. Linda, the Customer Relations Manager was so easy to speak with and her demeanor instantly calmed my fears. My questions were answered in a straightforward manner and her guidance and follow up throughout the process were top notch. Ken from CCM met my husband without me and my husband, who wanted to ignore the issues in our home, was a changed man. Ken's matter of factness allowed my husband to see what we needed to do to remediate our home. Ryan and Lamont were the workers/technicians who worked at our home for three days. CMM is so very fortunate to have these two employed with CCM. They were kind, considerate, professional, precise and just downright good people. I cannot sing their praises enough. I highly recommend Comprehensive Mold Management."

"Very happy I chose GNC. Gilbert, Chris and crew did excellent work with great communication. The whole basement job was done in 3 days, they killed it! This was extremely unfortunate to find but I'm so glad I chose to do it. Proper drainage in the basement is so important. I will call them for what's next!"

"Scott and his were responsive and accommodating. They worked over the course of approximately 3 months. Some of the major work included the following; removing 2 walls, raising and installing new foundation, building (2 sides) new cinder block walls - all during winter months. They still have to come back to tidy up things out side once the weather breaks. However, overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with the work done."
