I paid the technician but when I received the printed invoice, I called the company to question a second line item charge, The office staff was very responsive and listened to my questions and concerns about the second charge on the invoice. They reversed that charge and sent me a check for the amount I questioned. In my opinion they did the right thing. I had no problem with their work and would use them again."
