"I was pleased to find someone who would repair areas of the floor without requiring the entire room be re-finished. It wasn't practical for many reasons for us to re-do 2 entire rooms. Bruce and his crew were able to match exactly the color of the finish in the living room, and the other room, where the boards were badly damaged, they repaired them easily and quickly (matching the finish was not an issue in this room). Not only this, but they worked to the schedule I requested, which was a big factor for us. The whole job took much less time than I thought, and there was very little dust."

"Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"! Lastly, I am also pleased with the painting of the two room office and the replacement of the drop ceiling panels. They are a very nice, friendly team. Their costs are reasonable. I recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed. :-)"
