"The owner of Ariat Roofing and his son came out a couple days after we called and provided us a detailed estimate for either a repair of the leaking area of our roof or a complete replacement of the felt and broken tiles. The repair estimate came with a 2 year guarantee and the replacement with a 10 year guarantee. They also said they would come out and remove tiles as needed when the house needed exterior painting. We went with the complete replacement since our roof was almost 30 years old and the old felt was brittle and we were having leaks. The estimate was for a 3 to 3.5 day job. The crew showed up when scheduled and worked through the day. They cleaned up the area each day and even looked for any nails that fell off the roof as they removed the tiles. They finished in about 3.5 days. All the metal flashings and edging on the roof was replaced. The felt is double thick and it is overlapping. The replacement flashing, edging, and the felt were all heavier duty or quality than the original. Overall, I was very pleased with the workmanship and in fact the roof looks much better than the original. Also, the tiles are much better secured to the roof than before this work was done."

This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"I would have to say that DaBella Exteriors could use a little more emphasis on the customer service side. The salesman, Adam lifter was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about a roof replacement. He helped us pick the perfect color for our roof. He also explained the whole DaBella roofing process. He was so easy to deal with that I really wanted DaBella to do our roof. Unfortunately, we had a few bumps along the way when dealing with the office staff. They were unorganized and treated us poorly. "I knew from what I could see of the asphalt shingle area where the HVAC was located that repair or replacement was necessary. This was verified when I saw the photos the drone took of the roof showing not only that area, but also a few areas of broken tiles and debris where the roof lines met. When I reviewed the photos in the email I was sent with the estimate, I engaged Source 1 to do the repairs. I am pleased with the appearance from the ground as I look at the new asphalt shingles. I was provided photos of the areas that were replaced, although I would appreciate also new photos by the drone of the whole roof to compare with the original ones taken that showed the necessitly."

"Nevada Exteriors did a great job on my roof. My roof suffered from a windstorm back in March of 2024. The roofers worked with my insurance company. They brought the materials, and began work the following day. Within three days they were finished. Ryan Thomas and Amanda Sanchez were great. They both are A+ Excellent in customer service. They were able to explain the many questions I had regarding the roof repair process and explain the details with my Insurance company. When a concern came-up, they quickly responded. Nevada Exteriors also did work on many of my neighbors roofs that also suffered damage from that same bad wind storm. I would recommend this roofing company."

"Javier called ahead of time to confirm that he was on his way, and when he arrived, he introduced himself and described what he would do. Then, he pulled out his ladder and climbed onto the roof. He came down to retrieve supplies he needed to apply some fresh tar and mastic where needed. He noticed that a piece of plastic molding was missing over the porch (against the house behind the tile shingles). He did not have one on his truck, so he explained that he had one at his shop and would be back momentarily. He returned within 15 minutes with the molding, installed it, and then reviewed the work he did. He showed before-and-after photos from our roof of the places where he replenished the tar and mastic. The before-photos were very similar to the ones taken a month or so earlier by the home inspector when we were in the process of purchasing the house, so even though I was not on the roof to see what he saw, I feel confident that he found and addressed the needed preventive maintenance. The home inspector had not noticed the missing molding, but Javier did--and he replaced it. We are new to tile roofs, so I appreciate the time and attention that Javier took to make sure that this one is in good shape.

"Once the provider arrived the appointed went as intended.  He scaled the roof where my dryer vent is located.  He unclogged my vent very quickly and replaced the cover to the vent that tiles workers had left off one year ago when replacing the roof tiles.  He also replaced my inside dryer vent connection between the machine and wall.  I was very pleased with the work he did.  My dryer is running more efficiently.  This is the second time I used this company and I am very pleased with there work.  I will use this company again.
