Brian and the team were able to locate matching roof tiles, color match the existing mortar, and remediate all the substandard work. The team was punctual, polite, and meticulous in their work. "I am VERY pleased with the work performed - the job was completed 8 days before Hurricane Irma struck and we had NO leaks from the storm !!! Steve M and his crew were very professional and quite dedicated as he came by on multiple days to remove standing puddles to dry the surface prior to sealant application while awaiting a day dry enough to complete the job. The wood fascia replacement required was more extensive than I had anticipated and all wood repair was done skillfully. Once a dry day arrived, Steve completed the sealing job and just in time as the hurricane came through the following week. I doubt there is a better test of a roof sealing job than we experienced from hours of tropical wind-driven rain squalls, but we had nary a drop of leakage. "I had a major roof leak because another contractor had done a bad job. Pro-Tek showed up on time for the appointment. They crawled through my attic when it must ve been 120° in there to locate the source of the leak (they spent over 45 minutes in there). They showed up the next day to tarp my roof bc it was going to rain again and then showed up the next day after that with a team to start the repair finishing 2 days later. Their price was fair (I had received other estimates and this was a fair price!) and they did what they promised. They showed me pictures of the process. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I would use these guys again anytime !"

"After careful consideration by qualifying 4 roofing companies and 2 expert witnesses, our association chose Aastro Roofing as our roofing contractor to replace the roof on our clubhouse and for all 23 building and 100 units just under $2MM including demo of gutters, sheathing, facia, replace domed ABS skylights with E5 triple pane glass low profile, Landmark Pro shingles, commercial sized gutters, repairing stucco and painting. We could not be happier with the end result. More importantly, after the job was completed, we did have a few issues that were repaired immediately. This is so important as here in South Florida, once a company has completed their work, they are not quick to service the customer. This was not the case with Jason Blair, CEO of Aastro. I cannot say less as we would hire this company again in 40 years when we need a reroof! Mike came out to give us an estimate and, after talking with him, we felt so good about his knowledge and expertise that we agreed on the spot to accept the estimate and get the work done. Just a few days later we received a call that they were ready to start. We had two valleys and a spot above a window repaired. Kevin and Don were amazing. It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. Now we are ready for hurricane season with a roof that won't leak. Would definitely recommend J&K as an honest, local business with fair pricing."
