"Absolutely loved working with this crew start to finish - they did a complete overhaul of our landscaring (beds, plants, etc.), built us a 6 foot privacy fence around our backyard, and installed a new bed with a Limestone wall at the corner of our yard - plus fixed our back porch (brick) steps, trimmed our trees, and more. Very reasonably priced and nice to work with - super considerate, went the extra mile."

"Hard workers--very diligent regarding detail and customer satisfaction. Price was reasonable and they kept on till every detail was done. <br /> <br />These are good, reliable people. The finest aspect of their work was the meticulous detail with which they performed the services. While the manager was not always present, he always inspected the work before a day was done. On more than one occasion I noticed the manager working by himself to fine-tune what he was not personally satisfied with. It took several weeks to complete all the work (there was a lot of it), but they made sure I was 110% satisfied, and have been more than willing to correct anything they missed. <br /> <br />You just don't find a lot of companies which take such pride in their work. This one does. I would say I'd use them again, but they did such a thorough job, there's nothing left to do! <br /> <br />I guess that's about the highest accolade a customer can offer, and this one is well earned. <br /> <br />Very, very pleased. <br />"

"I've worked with Redmond's several times and I'm pleased with them. The job was a combined effort. I went over and looked at plants but I worked with their suggestions on how best the plants would look. They gave a guarantee for the plants. I like the company as a whole. I like the proximity and I liked working with them. I liked the displays they have at their store and landscapes in their property. They didn't push their ideals off on me."

"Pricing was very reasonable for the 2 acers we had them treat. They were very quick to respond on getting a quote. They came out every month as scheduled & if any fertilizer was on the drive or the sidewalks they cleaned it up as I never saw any when I got home. They left the yard flag stating that they had been there & emailed me a receipt of the work they had done. Very nice job! Our yard looked much better with in the first 2 treatment! I would definitely use them again & would recommend them to anyone!"

"They are fantastic. They were A+ all the way. They were fantastic to deal with. If they were not going to come the next day because of rain, they always called or emailed to let me know. At the end of the day they would clean up you didn't even know they'd been there. I just can't say enough about them. They were absolutely above and beyond. I couldn't tell you anything they could approve on. They were an A+."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in North Middletown, KY

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
