When he sees an issue, he alerts us so that it can be remedied quickly. He takes great care in ensuring the work that he has done is not only what was asked for, but also improves upon what was existing. He let us know when he would be expected to arrive, and he followed the timelines that he originally quoted. He is also willing to make adjustments to schedules to meet our needs.
