"Based on a friend's recommendation, we added Beantown Home Improvement to our list of potential roof and gutter replacement providers. We were impressed with Eli's thorough quote, attention to detail and competitive pricing. We ultimately hired them and Eli and Derek were very responsive and professional throughout. They kept us well informed during the whole process, which included prompt rescheduling due to a winter storm. We are apprentice of the professional, hard working and tidy crew. The roof and gutters look great ( and were immediately tested the day after installation with 60 mph winds!). We would not hesitate to recommend Beantown or hire them again."

"1. punctual on estimate appointment 2. three estimates were solicited all were equivalent service for product two allowed for Owens Corning or GAF and were certified as was On Top 3. The date proposed was mid October but the actual work was much sooner (low slope roof) and completed in several hours The roof has now gone through several seasons without issue. I recommended them to a friend of my wife"

"They were timely, prompt and efficient with a fair price quote and conscientious, caring workmanship and service. When the hammering on the roof caused my kitchen fixture to shatter, Tim came with me to Home Depot to select a replacement, which he purchased and installed."

"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"- Very prompt, professional service delivered at a great price on our Newton expanded bungalow. - Owner, Brian (in business for 25 yrs) assessed/priced job and, with on-site job supervisor, was available at every stage of job completion. - I requested 4 references which Brian gave me at random but said he doesn't call former customers in advance of such requests so wasn't sure if I'd get call backs. All 4 references DID return my calls and all raved about Roofer's Edge/Siding work and value. - Also, work crew included professional women which I appreciated. - Policy is payment at the end of the job when customer is satisfied. - Will definitely use again for siding and or windows given this roofing experience."

"Mike was very professional and communicative throughout the process. We hired him to replace a roof and complete aluminum coverage. His work was excellent and his prices are competitive. He works well with the customer and follows through and communicates any changes or issues that arise. He is a down to earth person and very easy to work with. We highly recommend him and will use him again in the future."

"Best Roofing job I had! Great Customer service"

"Very responsive to questions. Had to cancel due to weather and rescheduled for following day. Replaced some missing shingles at no charge and let me know what work still needs to be done on house."

"JR and his crew were such a pleasure to work with. They were responsive, prompt, and hard working professionals. Our project involved replacement of soffits and eaves, replacement of two windows and a door, ceiling repair, sheet rock work, painting, and whole house pressure washing. We could not be happier. I would highly recommend JR and his crew for any of your home renovation/maintenance needs, big or small. They are the best!"
