They were finally located and installed. The was a chip on one shutter and I had to ask if that was going to be repaired before the installer left. "I called Peter and he was on a job and called me back later in the day as he promised. I needed an estimate for custom plantation shutters for two front windows and a very large blind for my 8' X 10' patio door. Peter was out the next day and took the time to review options, materials, and samples. No pressure to order. However, I did order because of his promptness, knowledge, and integrity. The fact that he required $over $53.00 as a deposit and then charged over $91.00 when he brought the blind back to install it was sticker shock and a bit shady! No pun intended!"
