"Iâ ve been lucky enough to have Rudyâ s Shutters install and maintain shutters in more than one home. Most recently I had a whole house outfitted with new, custom plantation shutters. The home was 30 years old and had zero updates since it was originally constructed. It still had the 1990â s vertical blinds that were dated and tired. I texted Rudy and he replied immediately. Since he was available he arrived to measure within the hour to measure. The shutters were ready for installation a few weeks later. Instantly this dated little 1990â s home was catapulted in the year 2020. It was the single most important update that refreshed the entire home. Most importantly for me, I now will be able to make the bedroom dark for quality sleep. Also, a side benefit is the insulating factor of the blinds. The fact that he required $over $53.00 as a deposit and then charged over $91.00 when he brought the blind back to install it was sticker shock and a bit shady! No pun intended!"
