When the repairman arrived and we described what was happening, he immediately dismissed what we were experiencing as "that's how it's supposed to work," did not look at the machine, and still charged us $140 for the service call. Kevin responded promptly to our request for service, accurately diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part, and quickly completed the task as soon as the part arrived. We couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and communication during the process. He gets our highest recommendation!"
