"Bill Perry was a pleasure to work with - we wouldn't hesitate to hire Perry Brothers again for other projects. Bill provided great advice on our remodel and had thoughtful suggestions that improved the final bathroom design and functionality. Bill's employees were unfailingly polite and always willing to answer questions and share daily progress and next-steps in the work flow. There was a hiccup with the plaster sub-contractor but that was not a reflection on Perry Bros. Almost a year after project completion and we're still extremely satisfied with the work completed."

"Joe's crew did our bathroom remodeling a year ago plus installation of washer & dryer about a year ago. Recently we have detected a gas leak in the kitchen where washer&dryer locate. I called him and he responded quickly. Only after a couple of days, he came by and fixed the leak! He really cares about his customers and his work."

"Jeff and his crew are my “go-to” people whenever I need work done on my house. I’ve used them for three separate projects over the years (master bath, office, basement laundry room/bathroom remodel), and I couldn’t be happier with both the process and the finished product. Customer service is outstanding - Jeff promptly responds to calls/texts/questions, and stands behind the work 100%. His crew and subcontractors not only do wonderful work - they are reliable, show up as scheduled, are polite/easy to work with and they clean up the worksite at the end of every day."

"We hired John and his crew to refresh/remodel a kitchen and bathroom in our rental unit. Realistic estimates were provided and when unforeseen issues were discovered, sensible solutions were offered. The crew was superb from day one demolition through the final touches at the end of each project. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Details were not an afterthought; they truly put care and skill into the whole project."

"Liam and team did an amazing job on our bathroom. Since it's our only one the timeline was critical and Liam was great in communicating progress and detailing next steps so we were always clear on when our project would be complete. If he said he was going to do something, he did it and that's a great quality. Lastly we couldn't be happier with the finish product....it looks great! Would highly recommend Neary Construction."

"Super friendly and great to work with. Project went smoothly and was trouble free for me. And I love the results, after 20 years putting up with my 1960â s bathroom I finally have the modern bathroom Iâ ve been dreaming of."

"Vlad and his team were outstanding. We hired them for two bathroom remodels and a full kitchen renovation, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The crews were professional, skilled, and friendly throughout the process. They took the time to answer all of our questions, walked us through every step, and discussed any changes or options with care and transparency. While we're done with renovations for now, All Work Construction will absolutely be our first call for any future projects."

"Bob is the best contractor I have ever worked with. This was the second time my wife and I used Bob for a remodel project (he did a bathroom for us a couple years ago). Bob is an excellent project manager, and offers helpful advice and suggestions throughout the project. He worked very closely with us to stay on budget and still get an amazing kitchen. We had gotten an initial quote from a kitchen design specialist that was super expensive and Bob was able to give us a better design for a much better price that was more in line with what we were comfortable spending. Felt like we were walking into a brand new house when the work was complete, but even better because it was still the house we had so many memories in. And to top that, the remodel was done almost two weeks early. I would recommend Bob and his team for any remodel project."

"I am very pleased with the work completed by Crystal Renovations in my home. The company's owner, Pedro Quissalga, is knowledgeable and has a fantastic crew. He implemented the bathroom, laundry, and closet design ideas beautifully. A critical positive factor was communication. Pedro was responsive to my questions and concerns. He kept me informed every step of the way during the construction. Another important factor was their care in keeping the renovation project clean and organized. The team was also mindful of how the construction may impact the rest of the building and did their best to keep the noise level down. I highly recommend Crystal Renovations."

"Wallpaper removal = A; plastering = A-; painting: C+. We were disappointed in the overall experience. They were kind enough and their wallpaper removal and plastering was great, really solid—but on the final day, they rushed with the painting to get it done on the original time frame, and while one room was top notch, another was above average, and the bathroom was very sloppy. There was wall paint on our bathroom tiles, vanity, and shower; unsanded/unsmoothed plaster chunks that were just painted right over and were unsightly and lumpy; peeling caulking; parts where the paint was crooked or misaligned with baseboards; paint dribbles on floor and utensils on counter; and they did a poor job cleaning up, with plaster dust everywhere, paint to be cleaned up in the bathroom, and paint and plaster dust in, on, and around our cabinets. One of the crew members’ painting skills was just rushed and poor and it detracted from the others’ skills. By the time the job was over they rushed to get out of the house and did not carefully complete a walkthrough."
