The pictures don’t do the project justice, but we now have a level floor that will be the foundation we need to continue our renovation. "The work was performed professionally. They surveyed the area, dug out the dirt and were very carful to not cut my cable service. They formed the area and spread gravel down as the bed. The concrete would have hindered a gutter down spout but they engineered a solution to put a pipe under the concrete and run it out to the back yard. The concrete pour went great. They leveled it out, smoothed the top and finished the edges. I couldn't be happier with their work."

He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day.
