"After purchasing the deal, the provider stated it was too cold for the work to be done. It took awhile to get the provider out. Once they were out, they brought the wrong equipment and were unable to do the work. The provider stated that they would not be able to do the work this season and are not performing gutter work anymore. This has caused me to request a refund for the Big Deal."
