"Scott was very professional. He answered all our questions, was respectful and was always on time. He did a beautiful job refinishing out parkay floors. I love them!! I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Definitely recommend!"

"Refinished 60-69 year-old red oak floor. Good communication. Work scheduled and performed within a tight time frame. Did not rush third coat of oil based polyurethane sealer when damp weather slowed drying of second coat; finished work on a Saturday with no complaints or up-charge."

"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.

"We hired Rattigan and Sons to enclose our porch with speciality screening. As part of the project they needed to add footings as well. They did all the pre-work needed for the screening company to create and install the panels. Everything is wonderful. Jody and her crew were great and came in, did the work with no issues. As an aside we also had them come in and do some tree trimming that needed to be done in our yard."

"Scott was hard working and thorough. The walls were quickly installed and the new ceiling is excellent. I will reach out again for future projects."

"Brad Kennison completed our bathroom remodeling project in a professional and precise manner. Every aspect was completed to our specifications. His overall skills are second to none. We would highly recommend him for any remodeling project."
