Bill provided great advice on our remodel and had thoughtful suggestions that improved the final bathroom design and functionality. Bill's employees were unfailingly polite and always willing to answer questions and share daily progress and next-steps in the work flow. There was a hiccup with the plaster sub-contractor but that was not a reflection on Perry Bros. Almost a year after project completion and we're still extremely satisfied with the work completed."

He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

"Bob is the best contractor I have ever worked with. This was the second time my wife and I used Bob for a remodel project (he did a bathroom for us a couple years ago). Bob is an excellent project manager, and offers helpful advice and suggestions throughout the project. He worked very closely with us to stay on budget and still get an amazing kitchen. We had gotten an initial quote from a kitchen design specialist that was super expensive and Bob was able to give us a better design for a much better price that was more in line with what we were comfortable spending. Felt like we were walking into a brand new house when the work was complete, but even better because it was still the house we had so many memories in. And to top that, the remodel was done almost two weeks early. I would recommend Bob and his team for any remodel project."

The quality of work done by the team was excellent, and Tom kept in frequent communication via calls and texts throughout the project. The cost was very reasonable, and Tom worked with us through several changes in plan that occurred throughout the project. This was a fairly complicated job with a lot of custom work, and Tom continuously worked to make sure every detail was taken care of exactly how we wanted, and to keep us at ease throughout the project. Itâ s hard to find people who take the time to get the job done right and take pride in their work, but Tom and his team are definitely those types. "I hired Quality Construction (QC) to remodel my condo for sale. QC removed the old carpets and installed bamboo flooring through out living room and kitchen. The bamboo flooring came out beautiful. QC took the time to take care of every little corner to make sure there was no gap. Then I hired QC to remodel my kitchen, painted all walls and put in granite counter top.  The kitchen looks lovely. Then I hired QC to build a new stand up shower in my half bathroom great design he came up with on the first floor. QC installed ceramic tile 12 x 24 in my shower, install marble floor, cherry oak vanity black granite top, very nice medicine cabinet ,track lighting, painted all the walls.  All finished work came out marvelous. Next I hired QC to remodel my bathroom upstairs install new tub,marble floor, ceramic tiles 12 x 24 all around shower walls, cherry oak vanity black granite top,very nice medicine cabinet, track lighting n painted all the walls. QC workmanship very neat, very clean,take's the extra time that's needed for a great job.He is punctuate and reliable.  Not to mention that his price is very reasonable.  All my friends and relatives couldn't stop commenting how nice the remodeled unit looks like.  The remodeled unit looks so lovely that I almost changed my mind of selling it. Thanks to QC, my remodeled condo turns out so attractive that I sold the unit at one showing. I highly recommend QC for any remodeling work.  As a matter of fact, QC is remodeling the new home I just purchased and also putting in a two car garage for my new home now.  Be glad to tell you all about it later."
