"Paul was great, he was on time to the appointment. He checked all three chimneys, he said 2 of them were not used much so he didn't charge me the full price, for the third one he explained me how that fireplace works, and how it would be dangerous to use it with TV mounted over it. Since we have a TV, I decided not to invest cleaning that chimney. Paul could have easily charged me the full price and don't even mention the third one. He is a very honest person, gives a very fair price and is absolutely nice to talk to. I would highly recommend him."

The other place we used to install the chimney caps used cables that rusted out and broke. MetroWest replaced the cable with stainless steel cables, which shouldn't ever rust."

"From the first point of contact, when Brad drove over 30 miles to my house to give me a free estimate, to when Brad put the finishing touches on installing the wood stove, I honestly could not have been happier. He gave an accurate estimate, was more than happy to work within our budget, and did beautiful work on our chimney. When the wood stove company did a shoddy job installing a custom surround around the stove, Brad drove all the way back and fixed it himself - and refused payment! Why? Because he wanted our complete satisfaction. And this was when his wife just had a baby! At the outset, he emphasized how he wanted the job done right - and done right the first time. "Installation went fine until I noticed several weeks later that it was harder to keep house warm and there was significant draft by the woodstove insert. I went outside and looked at the chimney cap installed by Kevin Fredrickson and noticed it was off center of the chimney and the base of the cap was only covering 2/3rds of the opening and no insulation was placed around the liner so heat was funneling right up the chimney and outside.  I contacted Kevin and he responded within a few days and agreed to take a look.  When he arrived he didn't have the tools or ability to fix the cap due to snow so he stuffed insulation around the chimney liner from inside the house to keep the drafts down and stated he would be back in spring to fix the cap.  As of June 1, 2015 he hadn't contacted me or arrived to fix the cap so I tried to contact Kevin Fredrickson but got no response.  As of 10/9/2015  (the date of this review) Kevin had not contacted me or made any attempts to properly attach the chimney cap installed by Integrity Chimney Services LLC. <br /> <br /> On Friday October 16, 2015 Kevin stopped by and properly attached chimney cap to chimney and corrected the issue."

"EXCELLENT! We've been without heat for 5 days. John diagnosed the problem with the chimney flue (a former contractor who re-pointed the bricks dropped concrete into the flue, essentially cutting off all air) and made all the repairs. He, Miguel and Paul were very professional, competent and courteous. Brittani was excellent in setting it all up! Would definitely recommend!"

"Started a little slow, but this is their busy time of year - once it got going, it went very fast. Derek and his crew were very courteous and professional. I have had numerous people work on the fireplace and chimney over 40 years and none of them were as good as The Fireplace Guys. They laid down tarps not just in front of the fireplace, but all the way to the door! The sweep they performed before installing the fireplace was the best ever. Cost listed does not include the electrician and the plumber whom I paid myself."

"A&A Services did a great job replacing all of the gutters on our 100+ year old house. We needed to replace gutters which were terrible shape, having been patch-worked in the past (some were even made of wood.) The consultation visit was professional and thorough, and left me feeling that the company took pride in it's work and would be very concerned with our satisfaction. The work was done with both speed and quality - and with while the project was expensive (gutters are not an exciting thing to spend money on), we feel that it was a great investment in protecting our beautiful vintage home.
