"After hearing multiple horror stories about construction companies, we expected a bit of a struggle with anyone we hired for our project. Perry Brothers Construction was a breath of fresh air and exceeded our expectations. Our initial visit was with the President of the company, who made us feel confident in the services they could provide to make our dream kitchen a reality. After meeting with the Project Manager and another team member, we started the exciting process to do a full kitchen renovation and then some. Communication was never stagnant, and every question we had was answered quickly, and when a change was required, it was seamless. They brought in professionals for every phase of different work (cabinets/carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc). Every team member that worked the various projects within the renovation was professional, efficient, present, and personable. They cleaned up as they went along throughout the day and never left a mess. We really enjoyed working with them, and our boxer, Frankie, really appreciated their presence and attention! The level of detail that the team put into their work is unmatched and very impressive. "I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. In addition, the lines of communication between ourselves and Scott, as well as his subcontractors, were always open. I have had the distinct honor of working with Antonio on this complete reconstruction project over the last ten-months.  At every phase, Antonio was upfront, honest, knowledgeable, caring and attentive. His entire crew was, at all times, professional, courteous and very proud of their workmanship, with good reason. 

The project was difficult to say the least.  The structure, built in 1840, had suffered extreme damage by fire and water and was sagging from years of hard use.  With all the difficulties and challenges, Antonio provided solutions that far exceeded my expectations. His pleasant demeanor and years of experience allowed him to work through the issues, the inspectors and the adjusters with confidence.

The results were stunning. He gave honor to the age of the building by restoring some of the original post and pegged beams.  Beautiful with a touch of class.  Even his crew took pictures of what they had accomplished.
