"I’ve recently had a major renovation of my home completed by Beantown Home Improvement. The project consisted of replacing the old clapboard and shingle siding with James Hardie fiber cement cedar mill planks. The project turned out great! Everyone who has seen it have had nothing but good comments about it. I’ve even had my neighbor request contact information for Beantown to get an estimate about a project he is looking to have done. The owner, Jim DelPrete, was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, from the initial meeting to the completion of the project. Initially, the project’s start date was estimated to be in August, but Jim was able to get a crew to start in June. Throughout the project, Jim would stop by to check on the progress and he would always respond promptly if a question arose. Janice was also extremely helpful throughout the whole project, whether it was to stop by to take measurements or to field a number of inquiries by phone. They were both very pleasant and accommodating. The work crew was excellent and put in long days to complete the project in a little over a weeks time. I would highly recommend choosing Beantown Home Improvement for your next project, I know I will choose them again."

"This company is amazing. The Sales Person, Michael, was very knowledgeable, professional and we never felt pressured. The install team was unbelievable. The showed up on time, introduced themselves and began working. They installed 22 windows in a 6 hr period of time. They were professional, incredibly polite and my house was actually cleaner when they left than is was before they got there. I would highly recommend this company. I will be looking to have my siding done in a year or so and I won’t even waste my time looking at other companies. Power will be our only choice."

"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. I had a fair, thorough estimate within a few days that included some creative solutions that no one else had come up with: removing three of the four parapets and avoiding drilling into our concrete roof deck. It took me two months to figure out which contractor I was going with after being blown off by another contractor who had come in with a cheaper way to do the project, but when I reached back out to NMTI it was like no time had passed. They pulled permits and started the work within about two weeks and finished it flawlessly in one day. "Ronaldo and his team did a great job with repairing our siding and soffit issues and replacing a piece of rake that had blown off in a storm. Our job was small but very important to us and they gladly come and took care of everything! Other companies tend to only want to do larger jobs but we really appreciate that Ronaldo and his team were here to fix our issues! They went above and beyond checking over other areas of the roof and siding to make sure everything was good. They also didn’t try to sell us unnecessary things like replacing all the siding.
