He checked the ceilings for stains and went in the attic to inspect the roof decking for signs of water intrusion. he then wen on the roof and checked the shingles, ridge vents, pipe collars, and the skylight. Thankfully, my roof was in good shape with about 10 years of life left and he only did some minor, regular maintenance. I also received a report of the work done and roof's condition. He ended up saving me about 800 dollars from a previous inspection because they (Not J&J Roofing) wanted to replace the whole side instead of the just the source of the leak. Johnny, then came over the NEXT morning on his day off to fix my roof because of my hectic schedule! He was very professional, punctual, and matter of fact. Because no one at home at that time, they could not enter the house and complete the inspection. They came back at evening (7:00 p.m.) again to finish the inspection at the date they promised.
