Within an hour I got a response from Vincent and we set up a time to meet a few days later! Vincent is not only friendly and kind but also very good at communicating which I think is very important. He showed up along with a worker and they finished my project within two days! They are so professional and they cleaned everything up nicely and left our place looking very neat! The price was also quite reasonable and we will definitely continue to work with them for maintenance and whatever else we need, would highly recommend! "I have to really confront them for properly doing their job. They said they'll do the whole bathroom flooring, and yet did not do the section under the sink because the "machine can't reach it". After I confronted them, they did it by hand in like 1 min and called it clean. I also realized the edges of the floor were not cleaned/touched as it felt rough. I felt the price I paid deserved a premium service, but not the case here."
