"Mr. Lemus has an excellent crew that gets right to work. We had 10 yards of mulch and three yards of Leafgrow delivered that morning and by the end of the day our flower beds were all edged and mulched, the lawn was aerated and has a top "dressing" of three yards of Leafgrow and the place looks fantastic. This was a long day for these guys -- finished up at about 6PM but wow I was super impressed. Mr. Lemus is friendly and very accommodating. "We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."

The tree service was excellent, however the landscaping had numerous deficiencies. 

To start,  the office manager rescheduled me two times and did not call to notify me.  I actually lost a day at work due to them assuring me they would be there and after I called to find out where they were, they advised me that they were finishing up another job.

Landscaping work was OK, except for the window boxes built in the front of the house were not constructed the same and the front landscaping was very sloppy work.  Mulching in the back of the house was put down sparingly, as I already have weed block showing.
