"I have a heat pump for the upstairs and one for the downstairs (side by side in my yard) so I have vents coming from two boxes of the attic furnace. The technician said the $199 covered one unit and that I had two so the price would be double. He would have stopped the work after doing just the downstairs of my two story house if I did not pay for the other unit separately. Ducts are ducts, and I did not expect this with the advertising for "unlimited vents". No where do I see per furnace or per heat pump in the price. I liked everything else about them."

"We had our air ducts and dryer vents cleaned out by Alpine. Robbie called me an hour before he was arriving. Robbie was very professional and ready to inspect the house. Because we just moved in, I had not idea what to expect with the furnace. Robbie gave me an overview of how to change a filter, which way the air flows through the filter, simple things to try if the furnace doesn't get going on the first try. It was extremely valuable to me to get these tips from a seasoned professional. The van they used was pretty consolidated so it didn't take up too much room in the alley Robbie parked in. The work took about 2 hours and even sprung for the duct disinfectant. We are very happy with the service. I would absolutely go with Alpine again."
