Jason told me what the problem was, how it could be temporarily fixed, why I had that problem, and what should have been done. He also gave me some information on a larger problem. 3. Jason installed a temporary fix that will keep me over the winter. 4. No charge. He's obviously very knowledgable and skilled - more so than the carpenter who worked on the window we were looking at. That kind of deep understanding is hard to find, and usually worth every penny. We'll have him replace the windows when the weather breaks."
