They removed the old torch down roof with built in gutters (terrible 1960s design for Seattle area) and installed a new asphalt shingle roof with ice and water underlayment and new gutters and downspouts. I have recently cancelled my DIRECTV service and called them to get an estimate on repairing/replacing the shingles where the satellite dish was mounted. They told me that they would send someone out by the end of the week to remove the dish and replace the damaged shingles at no cost.
