"I can't begin to describe how wonderful everyone in the company is. I hired them to fix a sump pump pit and add a pipe from the sump pump to an existing drain. After they finished the job and were testing the new setup, we found water was coming in my apartment. They stayed an extra 3 hours troubleshooting where the water was coming from, including breaking through walls when needed. It ended up being an outdoor faucet pipe that had cracked in the wall and was ruing things. They were there for a total of 7 1/2 hours and never complained. Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain.
