"Our kitchen water faucet was installed two months ago by Mr Fix it Handyman. It became loose and twisted 90 degrees. We contacted Lorenzo for the repair. He arrived the next day and quickly determined that the original product was defective. He advised us to return defective part (faucet) and recommended a more reliable faucet which was very affordable (under $100). He said he would wait for me to run to the store and purchase the replacement faucet at no extra cost.
