"Karol and his colleagues were punctual, polite, clean and finished the work on time with high quality and at an excellent price point. In addition two new doors were installed, one to the new bathroom and also a nearby closet."

"He did an excellent job- my windows had been leaking air and water was sleeping into the walls and now they are sound and the house looks great."

"I mean, a mailbox is a mailbox, or so I thought.  I am very pleased with my new mailbox installed by "You've got mail".  Really!  It looks much better than my old one ever did (a do it yourself installation).  The lettering on the side showing my address is lovely.  The installer even took my old and broken mailbox and post away, which was a complete surprise.

Once Diane and I connected, everything went smoothly.  There was a bit of a delay because she had a family emergency but who has not ever had one of those?

I am very happy with this service provider and highly recommend it.  Hopefully, I will never need to replace my mailbox again, but if I do, I know who to call and if I know of someone who needs a mailbox install/repair, I will surely recommend "You've got mail".

Thanks to Diane and the gentleman who did the work!"

"1) SOS electric arrived 1 hr after my call and identified quickly the small fire at the back of the motor as the cause of dead filtration system of my inground swimming pool. Fire was caused by inproper contacts between the switch and the motor. SOS Electric replaced partially burned contact into proper one and soon filtration system was up and running. 2) Light over garage door didn’t have motion sensor. SOS Electric went to Home Depot and got the new light with motion sensor. Soon it was installed properly, adjusted to optimal sensitivity and works perfectly."

"I called early am and owner called me back within 30 minutes. Within one hour I had one of his employees Daryell showed up very professional and began to assess what caused the humming. Very knowledgeable , professional and patient by explaining what is being done. I highly recommend them ."
