"Sat morning my cables and coils had broken apart trapping my car in my garage. I tried to book an appt online and received an appt for Sunday 2pm to 4pm. No one showed, so at 4pm I called and she said the appt did not book (even tho i had received a test and an email confirmation), so, we set an appt for Monday 12 to 2pm. Tech called at 1:11pm, and was on the way and did an inspection. He offered me 3 ways to repair, very professional. I had to put down 1/3rd deposit on the method i chose. I did tell him i could do an early morning repair and on Tuesday i got a text saying he could be here Wed from 8 to 10 and he was. I had him do both doors as the cables were 18 years old. This can be a dangerous job as the coils are wound tightly. Total was $3200.00 for both doors. He installed double springs instead of my previous single springs. New drums, braids, rods and my garage doors are insulated. I think he did an excellent and fast job and I knew I would pay more for that. "

During the scheduling process, he was the only person that could give me an actual price without coming out and charging the $65 service fee first. He was very friendly, efficient, and thorough! They got in and out in about 30 minutes. He replaced both springs, greased everything, and then checked the alignment multiple times to make sure the garage door was working perfectly!"

"STAY AWAY! Ordered a new garage door on May 12th and it took 3 months to come in only for it to be the wrong door. The tech installed the door and left without checking with us because it was obvious that it was the wrong door. Door Systems then had to order the correct door which took another 3 months to come in. So, be prepared to wait half a year to get the correct garage door installed after ordering. For all of the inconvenience of the additional 3 months and an additional install they went ahead and charged us...FULL PRICE! Payment is also a profit center because they hit you up for another 3.5% if you want to pay with anything other than a check, money order, wire transfer, or telegram. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST or it will cost you your money and your time!"
