The only drawback was my dimin1shed hearing(tinnitus) making it hard to understand through the European accents. Yuriy was very helpful and always a moments notice away. I liked that our first meeting was at the big stone supplier, so I could pinpoint exactly what type of stone and colors I liked. Before that, my vision was somewhat unclear. They were also priced lower than some of their competitors.
