"After much research, I selected Ascar Marble & Granite for my new countertops and vanities. I liked that our first meeting was at the big stone supplier, so I could pinpoint exactly what type of stone and colors I liked. Before that, my vision was somewhat unclear. I liked not being limited to choose from a few small samples. They were responsive and very easy to communicate with throughout the remodel process. They were also priced lower than some of their competitors. From the time we made our decision on the stones and measurements were taken, our new countertops and vanities were in place in only a few days. Our expectations were certainly exceeded!"

We were stuck because we had to have the work done prior to an appraisal of the house in a week. Surprisingly they were able to move quickly and help us out. We received a contract about 3.5 months after we signed up for the deal for $43K, not including any materials, except cabinets. We were responsible for paying for and supplying tile, counter tops, light fixtures, back splash, door knobs and pulls. We also asked about any warranty and we were basically told these were worthless regardless of what anyone promised.

Trey is definitely honest so we appreciated that. But just have to remember if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is! I think there was a lack of communication between the service provider and Angie's list. Just recommend before signing up, confirm all details with the service provider. And be prepared to pay extra for ANY upgrades or add-ons."

"Cleanliness was just ok.  Some dust left under furniture.  Used our vacuum cleaner with a broken belt.  She did not check or say anything before or after its use.  How effective was the vacuum??"
