"Very thorough roof inspection. Nick is very friendly with an easy manner. He took a lot of pictures of my roof to show good, bad, and ugly. He also encouraged me to ask for help through my insurance company because there is visible hail damage."

"I highly recommend Storm Guard Roofing and Construction and Mr. Scott Deavenport and his team for roof repair and replacement. I received 6 proposals. His was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. However he listened and he documented and responded to all my concerns. His proposal was the most detailed without any padded Sales Fluff. He personally supervised the work each day. The proposal was for: Re-roofing of our 2 story brick home and detached carriage house. The flat section of the roof needed re-roofing. Three crickets needed to be built. The brick chimney needed sealing. Some sheets of sub roofing a nd rafters needed replacing. Copper flashing needed replacing. A copper gutter and down spout needed to be attached. 30 year Atlas Pristine Scotchgard for Algae shingles were applied. Our roof has perfectly weathered heavy rain and 40 mph steady winds with gusts up to 60 plus mph all summer and fall 2018."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I needed to add a bathroom and utility area, but did not want to increase a footprint of the house and decided to incorporate my carport into a living area. It allowed me to save on roofing and foundation, but created certain logistical difficulties in the project. Mike and his crew have creatively addressed all the issues which allowed me to maximize the living area while still being compliant with all the building codes. Work on the project was well planned and performed according to the schedule. In fact it took longer to wait for building permit from the county than the project itself.
