They are attentive to all concerns and willing to make sure you are satisfied. This is a true family operation and they have a real great family. We will be remodeling another bathroom in 2019 and will definitely use them again."

The team was able to quickly help with our project of one complete bathroom gut renovation (tile, plumbing, custom built-ins, painting and installing all new fixtures) and an update to a half bath that included installing a custom vanity, new lighting, replacing the toilet and painting. We threw a lot of curveballs at them with our dated bathrooms, but they were able to incredibly work within two weeks to overhaul both bathrooms. Amazing! The team was very respectful of our family's safety with COVID precautions and minimized any concerns we might have had. I would 100% recommend using Above & Beyond for any projects, big or small. "Jody and Brian did a fantastic job remodeling our 5.5x8.5’ hall bathroom in July 2019 as well as completing some other projects around the house. Basically, we were so happy with the job they did remodeling our master bathroom in 2017 that we hired them again in 2019 to gut and remodel our hall bathroom. We had to wait until they had an opening in their schedule but it’s always worth the wait because they’re such nice guys, so easy to work and communicate with, always on time, clean up at the end of the day, have good ideas and do quality work. Life got a little busy since then so I’m just now getting around to writing this review. Our hall bathroom was functioning, but mainly as a powder room because although it had a tub, it had no plumbing for a shower. It had some other issues we wanted to deal with as well. Jody and Brian took care of everything as usual, including beefing up the floor for the cast iron tub, making sure the bathroom exhaust actually vented out the roof, providing ideas and recommendations when needed, and ensuring my 2 large shower niches came out how I planned. While they were here, we also had them (or their electrician or plumber when necessary) upgrade our electrical panel, replace a bar faucet, replace 2 back doors, add LED lighting and custom glass shelves to our bar cabinet, replace 2 hanging bedroom light fixtures, do some painting around the house, etc. The total bathroom cost (including some small painting projects around the house) was approx $28,500. But with the electrical panel upgrade, new back doors, etc., the total for the bathroom plus all work completed around the house was close to $34k. We could have technically done the bathroom with quality finishes for around $19k with them, but we went over budget on certain bathroom elements that we really wanted, such as a 65x32” cast iron tub, Cambria quartz countertop and shower niche shelves, $900 Walker Zanger floor tile, $750 for 2 Robern medicine cabinets, an $1800 semi-custom Starmark vanity, $350 vanity light fixture and $400 sink faucet. But we could have easily done a very nice, quality bathroom with different choices within our allowances. We didn’t bother getting other bids for the hall bathroom remodel because we knew we were going with CCCM no matter what. We did get 3 bids for the 2017 master bath remodel because it was our first remodeling project, and CCCM wasn’t the cheapest but also wasn’t the most expensive. I left a review back in July 2017 for the master bath which we’re still extremely happy with. Terry also did a great job again getting us the best prices with contractor discount included on everything we picked out at various vendors and also kept in touch with us via email while we waited for our turn for our bathroom project to begin. Thanks so much to Terry, Jody, and Brian for your hard work making sure our hall bathroom turned out beautifully!"

"Very professional. Although bathroom was semi refinished, due to all the problems we had had with the company who had done the basement, we decided not to let the remodelers install the toilet and pedestal sink. Good call as it turned out to be more complex and I shudder to think what the original remodelers would have hacked in order to do it. The sink drain pipe had been torn off during demo and one of the two the two bolts on the floor for securing the toilet had also been sheared off. Paul told me that it would take more time then the big deal we purchased and also let me know about the extra charges for materials due to the situation. He was able to get the pedestal sink with faucet properly installed on the first visit. Then he called to let me know he had purchased the parts for the toilet install a few days later, came to our house at the appointed time and finished the toilet install. He invoiced me promptly via email and I was able to pay the extras via credit card. Both fixtures work well. Although it ended up costing about twice what we paid for the big deal, in the end we got a quality job from a very professional and knowledgeable plumber.

"JK Complete Remodeling & Construction remodeled our basement for us, and added a full bathroom. Jack was great to work with from the very beginning. He was upfront about the scope of the project, and was very fair about both his initial pricing in the contract, as well as changes that we made along the way. His team was amazing -- not only were they extremely competent in their work, but they always found solutions for unforeseen problems along the way (our home was built in 1901, so any rehab project is going to uncover some problems). Those guys can do anything. Our basement went from being a cold, dated hole in the ground to a warm and inviting family room with a full bath. We have future home projects in mind, and will only want to work with Jack and his team again."
