"I’m not a part of, nor do I know anyone prior to meeting Mr. Roman Shklyar at Sunset Roofing LLC. Let me say this: I never take the time to write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this: #1. Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. The house looks great! #4 When we were talking about the job, he took the time and educated me about the choices between metal and shingles! I highly recommend Sunset Roofing LLC. If you need roof work done! Mark A. Pellicane- Geneseo, NY"

"Everything went mostly as expected with our roof replacement. 20 sections of plywood sheathing and some rafters were replaced beyond the original estimate but we were told that might need to happen, and the extra cost was specified beforehand. Project was completed in one day despite the extra work. Accidental damage was repaired promptly with care by skilled tradesperson with knowledge on how to do the specific repair. March 24, 2023."

"Salesman was true to his word, showed up when the work was to be done, the workers tore off old roofing and installed new shingles in a timely manner, cleanup was done perfectly and so far we are happy with the job that was done"

"My husband and I are very pleased with Sunset Roofing. We had the first phone call answered right away and an estimate scheduled the following day. They told us that their lead time to have the roof and gutters done was about 5 weeks and we did have the roof and gutters done 5 weeks after we had the estimate. They were able to get the roof completely done within 1 day and the gutters within half a day. Very efficient, professional, clean and courteous! Roof and gutters look great and so far no leaks!"

"Beyond expectations. Showed up with a 15 man crew, stripped 2 layers and reinstalled new and gone in 4 hours. Couldn't even find a piece of paper in rhe yard when they left."

"Best company to hire!!! Highly recommend ROC City Roofing"

"Matt and his crew were great. Very professional. I got other quotes and Tall Pines was the best. I was really nervous about such a big project but Matt kept reassuring me everything was going to be fine. And he was right. I now have a beautiful new roof that I am very proud of."
