"We were in need of repair for some cracking in three rooms of our home. We had difficulty finding a reliable contractor to complete the work in a timely and affordable manner. When we contacted Key Painting, Bill was quick to return our inquiry and come look at our projects. Bill proposed a couple different solutions to repairing the cracks in the ceilings and preventing further damage. Once we agreed upon a plan of repair, Bill had us sign a contract and scheduled the work to be completed the next week. Bill's crew was actually able to start a couple days early, and two workers tackled our interior repairs. Both men, Mr. Suhr and Antonio, were professional and skilled. Mr. Suhr was very knowledgeable. He was able to repair and match the texture on all our ceilings flawlessly. We were very impressed with Mr. Suhr's skills and genuine desire to do a quality job. Each day, Bill would contact us to answer any questions and give us an idea of what to expect next. It took about two days to repair the ceilings in our dining room, living room and bedroom. In our dining room, the textured ceiling was also sanded down and re-painted to blend in the repairs. Our living room needed a seam repair that Mr. Suhr did efficiently and blended the wall and ceiling paint together. The bedroom had a 5+ft crack that you can no longer see as Mr. Suhr flawlessly blended the repairs with the sand-in-paint designs that were preexisting. Overall, we are extremely impressed with the skill and professionalism of Mr. Suhr, Antonio and Bill with Key Painting. The crew was courteous, clean and knowledgeable. All our questions were answered. Bill and his crew also stand by their work, so we have confidence that should we need any further repairs, they would be back to correct the problem."

"Doug Coons and crew were fantastic. Not only did he do our floors, but they moved the funiture into a pod THEMSELVES, got the floors done, and then moved it all back in! No contacting separately with a mover and floor finisher! While on site, Doug also fixed a bunch of smaller problems we were having. They went above & beyond and would not accept payment until we were completely satisfied with everything. I can't recommend this company highly enough."

"I cannot say enough good things about DeRisio. These guys are great. They completed a large renovation project in a very short time period (less than two weeks). The project included removing a load bearing wall, reframing interior walls, installing hardwood floors, refinishing existing floors, installing carpet, running cabling through walls, etc. They were punctual, friendly, and cleaned up every day. They offered suggestions for minor changes along the way, sought my input on decisions when appropriate, and did a fantastic job. "Considering the potential for making a giant mess, it was done as cleanly as possible. Basement is mostly finished with carpets. Peeled back the carpet and worked around it. All in all a very good job. 5 months later, the wall is still completely intact. One might expect some cracks but so far, so good. Mario is an excellent craftsman.

"We started a kitchen remodel two years ago.  Long story short, the initial contractor did an awful job and I was turned down by two new contractors because they didn't want to deal with all of the leftover mess (things not done to code, not done correctly, inspector issues and so on).  But, from the moment I met Dave I was impressed with how he handled the situation.  Things started to go as planned and we hit another bump in the road.  This time, it was us and we needed to pay cash for a big chunk of the job so we needed time to save money in between each step.  Dave was very understanding and gave us the time we needed and we proceeded step by step over the next year or so.  We are now finally finishing the job and I am very happy with our service.  Phil, the designer on our job, has been a life saver.  He has helped me with everything and has even provided moral support when I needed it.  He knew when to help me see his point and when to see mine.  He has been a blessing.  In addition, the project manager, Ric, has been amazing.  Not only does he do quality work, but he has been excited for us knowing what we have gone through.  His work is excellent and he is clean and careful and extremely thoughtful while in our home.  He has been an absolute delight to work with.  I respect these men very much.  There have been a few workers I have not been happy with (on some other small jobs that arose over the last year or so), but most things were handled and worked out.  "
