"Terrible ongoing experience. 3 yrs. later and our combi unit still doesn't work. They claim it's past warranty but we informed them of the issue a week after it was installed. They tried everything they knew(which wasn't anything ) They replaced the unit, it still didn't work. They blamed our shower water mixer, so we had our bathroom remodeled, trusting they knew what they were talking about, again ,lack of knowledge about the product they sell and install. They offered to install a water tank because they knew it was a problem, when we rejected that solution as just plain dumb, (I think you get a combi unit to eliminate a water tank) So bottom line is they installed this unit that has never worked. These idiots should know whether or not your plumbing is appropriate for the unit to work BEFORE they install it and bill you 14,000. Now I have to hire a plumber to figure out and fix what they can't or won't and then hire a lawyer to sue them for the cost, which, if they had been knowledgeable about their product in the first place, any added cost should have been included in the quote they gave us. To top it all off I have a blind intellectually challenged daughter that struggles physically and emotionally with taking a shower. We're getting older and the purpose of this whole thing was to make life easier for her and her caretaker when we're gone. They've ruined the value of our home. DO NOT HIRE THESE INCONSIDERATE JACKASSES!!!"

"Overpriced and incompetent. JN Service has worked on my house 5+ times in the last month, totaling nearly $10k, and every visit created a new problem that cost more to fix. Most recently, they came for a small leak and left after cutting/breaking multiple pipes, leaving my entire home with no running water?despite assuring me I?d have at least cold water. They then returned only with an expensive full-home repipe quote, refusing to even quote a local repair. I?ve since had three other plumbing companies inspect everything; all agreed that JN?s technical decisions were poor, their repipe quote was severely overpriced, and their quote structure (initially with almost no detail) was concerning at best, predatory at worst. I will never use JN Service again and strongly recommend others avoid them."

"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I purchased a brand-new heating system for $15,000 in September 2025. The system came with a one-year company warranty in addition to the manufacturer?s warranty. Despite being new, the system malfunctioned four times within less than six months ? on December 4, December 6, December 17, 2025, and again on February 14, 2026. Why would a brand-new $15,000 heating system fail four times in less than six months? Each time I called the company, the response was slow. I later learned they do not provide evening, weekend, or emergency service. This was during the heart of winter, and I was completely at their mercy to service a system that was still under warranty. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was consistently blocked. The secretary or office staff always had an excuse as to why no manager was available. There was never an opportunity to address my concerns directly with leadership. The company presents as polished and professional when selling the"
