They then returned only with an expensive full-home repipe quote, refusing to even quote a local repair. I?ve since had three other plumbing companies inspect everything; all agreed that JN?s technical decisions were poor, their repipe quote was severely overpriced, and their quote structure (initially with almost no detail) was concerning at best, predatory at worst. I will never use JN Service again and strongly recommend others avoid them."

Despite being new, the system malfunctioned four times within less than six months ? on December 4, December 6, December 17, 2025, and again on February 14, 2026. Why would a brand-new $15,000 heating system fail four times in less than six months? Each time I called the company, the response was slow. I later learned they do not provide evening, weekend, or emergency service. This was during the heart of winter, and I was completely at their mercy to service a system that was still under warranty. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was consistently blocked. The secretary or office staff always had an excuse as to why no manager was available.
