"The crew arrived on time, did an excellent job removing the old shingles, installing the new roof and the cleanup was superior. Derick the on site supervisor took pictures before and after and explained everything very well. I have held a CSL for many years and would recommend this company because of the professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail that they exhibit."

"Our situation was unique. At first it was just a roof replacement. As they removed the shingles, it was obvious the entire roof needed to be replaced. Rafters, collar ties, plywood, facia and soffit included. I was very pleased to know the owner was there on site to oversee the project and make sure everything went well. Honestly, I am very impressed with everything about Waterman and I would strongly recommend them for your next project. I'm confident the men and women of Waterman Remodeling will support you in your project from start to finish. Thank you"

"The 6 person team were well trained, knew their part of the strip of the old shingles and new install."

"They cleared the roof very quickly."

"it went great. After I called them, I didn't have to wait a long time for an appointment. The gentlemen providing the service was professional and courteous. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but made me aware of the overall condition of the roof."

"Adrian and his crew are excellent and we could not be more pleased. You can see the professionalism and craftsmanship in his workers by the way they work efficiently without rushing. They work very hard and do a good job of cleaning up after the fact. Their attention to detail was noticeable. We would definitely use Fereirra Co, again, and I have recommended him to others. Adrian is very easy to talk to, no pressure, no push to upsell services. He said his quote wouldn't be the very lowest or the highest and he was spot on. I had five estimates from various roofers, ranging from $8k for a barebones two man operation to $23k from the fulltime salesman with a well known large roofing company who tried to sell me on the benefits of custom flashing and offered $2k off if I signed that day. I wanted the siding pulled back on my house to have the flashing and rubber sheeting up the side above the lower roof to avoid issues with ice and leaks in the future. Other roofers wanted to charge me from $1800-3000 for that extra work. Adrian included it in the price of his initial quote - he said he always does that work because it is the right way to do it. His crew moved all the vents and vent pipes on the roof back away from the roof edge to avoid the possibility of future issues with ice dams. They also painted the vent pipes to match the shingles. We needed a number of sheets of plywood replaced due to prior damage in the attic. Adrian quoted me a price to strip and replace an estimated number of sheets. We ended up needing more sheets and a couple rafters replaced due to additional damage not seen before. He only charged me for materials for the additional sheets of plywood as he had promised to do before hand."

"We are so happy with our new deck. We had a great experience with Wood Trades LLC Roofing and Construction from beginning to end. We would definitely hire them again and will be recommending them to friends and family."

"Stronghouse did an outstanding job on my remove and replacement of roof shingles. I am beyond pleased at what a fantastic job they did and completed the entire 24 square job in one day and a perfect clean up after the work was finished. If you need a roofing job. you won't find a better company than Stronghouse to do the work."

"We had a few windows replaced from storm damage. Eddie’s crew, Kevin, Joe, and Andrew thoroughly explained the process and were always courteous and professional from start to finish. They did a great job and cleaned up well upon completion."
