The job took about 2 - 2.5 days and we live on very rocky soil. 50% deposit is due at time of booking, and the remaining amount is due after completion. Because we had waited a few months after the initial estimate to purchase the fence, he came back out a second time to review the estimate and address any questions. <br /> The installer was also very professional, and mindful of quality. Would call to update us on status of the material and potential installation dates. Once the fence was installed, went over cleaning, maintenance and repairs for the fence if necessary. Also discussed the sensitivity of vinyl in extremely cold weather.
